Measure YourselfClothing
The measurements on the size chart are body measurements.
1 - HEIGHT - Without shoes on, measure straight down from the top of your head to the floor.
2 - CHEST - Measure around chest, under armpits and over fullest part of chest keeping the tape parallel to the floor.
3 - WAIST - Find natural waistline and measure.
4 - HIP - Measure fullest part of hip, usually 7-9 inches below waist.
5 - SLEEVE - Bend arm 90 degrees, put hand on hip, hold tape measure at centre of back of neck and measure across should to elbow, then down to wrist.
