Delivery

SHIPPING 

We offer FREE UK and Ireland postage through ROYAL MAIL for orders over £100. There is a delivery charge of £4.50 for orders under £100 being delivered to the United Kingdom and a delivery charge of £5.60 for orders under £100 being delivered to the Republic of Ireland.

We only offer delivery to the United Kingdom and Republic or Ireland. We do not deliver outside of these. We don’t offer worldwide shipping.

Our couriers will aim to deliver your goods within 5-14 days, however please note that delivery times to remote areas of the UK and Ireland may vary. Bank holidays may also affect delivery times. If you have any questions or queries on shipping times please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us.

Orders received after 5.00pm will be processed the following day. Orders received after 5.00pm on Friday will be processed on Monday. Orders will not be processed or dispatched on weekends.

RETURNS

We will accept returns up to 21 days of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach us may vary. 
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
