How much do you charge for delivery ?

Delivery is free of charge for all orders over £100 to the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland. There is a postage fee of £4.50 for orders placed under £100 for the United Kingdom and a postage fee of £5.60 for the Republic of Ireland. Unfortunately, we don't post worldwide.

What happens after my order has been placed?

As soon as your order is received, our team will manually prepare your order and arrange postage. You will be emailed throughout this process until your package is marked as dispatched.

Can I return an item?

We accept returns on most items within 21 days of your purchase date. For more information on returns and refunds, please read our returns policy.

Where is your store?

The Auld Forge is located in the heart of the Sperrins Mountains in a small village called Gortin. We are on the Main Street opposite The Auld Bank Coffee Shop. What are your store opening hours?

We are open 9am-5pm Monday to Saturday and 11am-5pm Sunday.
